Breguet is a long-established watch brand founded in 1775 by Abraham-Louis Breguet, the acknowledged genius of the watchmaker.
Abraham-Louis Breguet Breguet invented various mechanisms essential to the wristwatch, as well as design elements such as Breguet hands and Breguet numerals, during the pocket watch era.
He is also known for inventing complications such as the tourbillon and perpetual calendar. About 70% of the mechanisms in modern wristwatches were invented or improved by Abraham-Louis Breguet, who is often described as the 'Leonardo da Vinci of the watchmaking world'.
The watches made by Abraham-Louis Breguet were admired by all the courts of Europe, and his clients included Queen Marie Antoinette of France and Napoleon Bonaparte.
This watch is extremely rare Classique which is used tiger's eye on the dial and crown.
The "Classique" collection was inspired by the pieces from the brand's early days. The watches in the Classic collection are packed with all the elements that characterize Breguet.
The design embodies the charm of the brand, with guilloche engraving on the dial, coin-edge decoration on the side of the case, and Breguet hands.
In addition to its beautiful round form, this watch combines artistry and functionality with a simple, uncluttered, and sophisticated look, as well as high visibility and functionality.
The case is made of 18K yellow gold. Its diameter of 32.5mm is on the small side, and its thinness gives it the understated presence of a dress watch. Its size makes it comfortable for both women/men to wear.
The center of the dial is usually guilloche engraved, but the biggest feature of this watch is the use of tiger's eye.
Tiger's eye, as its name suggests, is a semi-precious stone popular as a power stone, with its fine golden-brown stripes reminiscent of the iris of a tiger's eye.
Its greatest appeal is that its color changes depending on the angle from which you view it, and it emits a unique glow, making watches that use this material extremely rare.
The tip of the crown, where classique watches usually have a sapphire cabochon attached, is also fitted with a tiger's eye, making this a very special watch.
The movement is the hand-wound Cal. 839, based on the Jaeger-LeCoultre Cal. 839, an ultra-thin movement created in 1975, measuring just 1.84mm thick.
Its successor, the Cal. 849, is said to be the thinnest hand-wound movement currently in production.
Although it shows signs of use, it comes with a genuine leather strap and a genuine yellow gold buckle.

-If you fill in the approximate arm circumference when ordering, we will send it after adjustment.

- Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept it.
[About Leather Strap]
Due to Washington Convention, we cannot export Crocodile/Alligator/Lizard leather overseas.We will replace the strap with a similar strap made of calf leather as an alternative.
Or we will send the watch without strap if we don't have stocks of them.
